Relationship Manager Assets / Sr. Relationship Manager Assets – Commercial / SME Banking

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from a HEC-recognized University

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a relevant field.

Main Responsibilities:

• Marketing of Clients in line with the defined benchmarks as per Bank’s defined target market, risk appetite and business strategy.
• To properly manage tagged financing portfolio and facilitate banking relationship ensuring business reciprocity (trade, deposits, etc.)
• Adherence to all Shariah, environmental, legal and regulatory requirements.

Core Competencies:

• Sound and up-to-date knowledge of Prudential Regulations, Shariah Compliant Lending products, Bank Credit Policy and its modalities.
• Good at Financial analysis, Excellent marketing, analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Understanding & Knowledge of Islamic Banking and its Products.
