Job Description:
Alkaram Studio is hiring a Lead Designer for Eastern Men’s Wear.
The role involves designing stylish and market-friendly collections that match seasonal and cultural trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends and create mood boards
- Design original Eastern menswear outfits
- Make sketches and design sheets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Work closely with the tailoring and production teams
- Oversee sample development from start to finish
- Ensure on-time delivery of designs
- Take part in design reviews and planning meetings
- Stay updated on customer preferences and market trends
- Keep clear records of all design work and changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Textile Design
- 4–6 years of experience in Eastern menswear design
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and hand sketching
- Strong creativity and time management skills
