Mehran Group, a leading name in the FMCG industry, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to join its Sales & Marketing team in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). This role is ideal for professionals with a strong command of sales strategy, team leadership, and market expansion.

Role Overview:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies, leading a dynamic sales team, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Your performance will directly contribute to market growth and brand recognition in the Peshawar region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, track competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as an Area Sales Manager.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a track record of managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Peshawar market and surrounding areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
