Packages Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Assistant Key Account Manager at its BUFC division in Karachi. This is a permanent position ideal for individuals who have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and account development.
Job Overview:
As the Assistant Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with key customers. You’ll ensure smooth operations, from order management to post-sale support, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customer accounts
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers
- Meet assigned sales targets consistently
- Recover payments promptly from customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare and send RSFs after customer discussions
- Conduct regular customer visits
- Ensure customer profitability in line with targets
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Area Marketing Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BBA, MBA, or BS (preferably in Business or Engineering)
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
