Qualification Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in support desk operations and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Local Area Network (LAN) operations and evaluate performance metrics including utilization, latency, and throughput.

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all desktops, printers, telephone systems, and video conferencing solutions.

  • Handle the management and maintenance of IP-PABX (telephony) systems.

  • Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Oversee IT inventory including license tracking and compliance.

  • Administer surveillance systems and enforce IT safety policies in the workplace.

  • Install and troubleshoot network-related hardware and software.

  • Support remote network management and technical helpdesk operations.

  • Provide remote desktop administration for Windows systems.

  • Manage servers and perform system monitoring.

  • Travel within the city for on-site technical support when needed.

  • Configure and maintain CCTV infrastructure.
