MG Motors, a globally renowned automotive brand with over a century of excellence, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Paint Shop in Lahore. Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 8–10 years of experience, preferably in the auto industry with significant exposure to major paint booth operations.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or DAE in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily paint booth operations to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve paint system issues, including pumps, spray guns, paint mix room, and supply lines.
• Ensure regular maintenance, calibration, and availability of all painting tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Paint Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee paint shop activities.
• Analyze and resolve paint-related defects, ensuring DPU (Defects Per Unit) targets are consistently met.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of paint processes.
• Experience with lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
