Bank of Khyber as Regional Head

The Bank of Khyber (BoK) is inviting applications from accomplished and driven professionals to join its Remedial Asset Management Group as Regional Head – Recovery (Punjab). This senior leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the bank’s financial success through effective recovery and debt management.

As one of Pakistan’s premier financial institutions, BoK values excellence, accountability, and strategic thinking. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive banking experience, particularly in corporate debt recovery and NPL (non-performing loans) management.

📝 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation (preferably in a relevant field) from an HEC-recognized local or reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 12 years of overall banking experience, with at least 3 years at a senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/Collection. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong track record in handling large and stuck NPL portfolios.
• Age: Will be governed by the Bank’s HR rules.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned recovery targets to support the Bank’s financial objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative recovery strategies and action plans.
• Evaluate and monitor recovery performance, particularly on delinquent and aged accounts.

📍 Job Location

This position is based in Lahore. A market-competitive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
