Job Summary:
Diamond Fabrics Limited – Sapphire is hiring an Assistant Manager Quality (Washing). We are looking for someone experienced in product inspections, quality performance tracking, and improving washing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help execute the quality strategy for the Washing department.
• Meet daily targets and maintain quality in all sections.
• Check Whiskers and Scrap to match customer samples.
• Ensure spray inspections meet approved standards.
• Make sure shade bands match the approved samples.
• Report on product quality and use customer feedback for improvement.
• Guide the team on quality standards and technical requirements.
• Keep records of all product-related documents and updates.
• Perform post-wash measurement checks to ensure quality.
• Work with the Washing team to solve technical problems.
• Use innovation to improve quality processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Quality (Washing) department in apparel manufacturing.
• Strong communication, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
