Dalda Foods is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Electrical & Automation Engineer to join its team at the Dairy/Tea Whitener Manufacturing Site in Lahore. This is a management-level opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong technical background in electrical or mechatronics engineering and hands-on experience in plant maintenance and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preventive and corrective maintenance of plant-wide electrical systems including transformers, motors, VFDs, breakers, and control panels.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in control circuits, Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, and automation systems. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs is essential.

  • Oversee CAPEX and electrical projects from planning to execution, covering tasks such as equipment selection, load calculations, and cable sizing.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns, introduce energy-saving strategies, and contribute to cost optimization efforts while ensuring HSE compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of SAP PM tasks and efficient maintenance operations.

  • Exhibit strong project management skills to drive engineering initiatives – PMP certification will be considered a valuable asset.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

  • 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in a manufacturing or processing plant environment

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP PM/ERP

  • Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
