Available Positions

We are currently hiring for the following ranks under the title of “Professor of Practice”:

• Professor of Practice – 1 position
• Associate Professor of Practice – 2 positions
• Assistant Professor of Practice – 3 positions

Each appointment is initially for one year, extendable for up to two more years based on satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications as outlined by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP). Detailed criteria can be reviewed at:

Remuneration Package

The salary will align with the university’s tenure-track scale. Alternatively, a market-competitive package may be offered, negotiated between the selected candidate and the University based on qualifications and industry expertise. Application Processing Fee

Applicants are required to submit a non-refundable application processing fee along with their application form. The fee structure is as follows: Rs. 5,000 for the position of Professor and Associate Professor, and Rs. 4,000 for the Assistant Professor position. International applicants are required to submit a fee of USD 50. The payment must be made in the form of a demand draft in favor of the Treasurer, Government College University, Faisalabad. • A 3% quota is reserved for persons with disabilities (fee exemption applies).
• A 5% quota is reserved for minorities.
• These positions are not eligible for conversion to tenure-track roles or administrative appointments at senior levels.
