SENIOR DRAFTSMAN (2D/3D)

Location: Corporate Office Lahore

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys in collaboration with the retail sales team to Conduct site surveys & develop compliant layout designs for Fuel Stations
• Prepare and modify technical drawings adhering to DC, Explosives, BPA, and environmental regulations
• Create approval drawings for regulatory submissions (DC, TEPA, Explosives Dept, etc.)
• Produce construction drawings, 3D renderings, and signage layouts using AutoCAD/3DS Max
• Maintain version-controlled drawing databases and support project execution
• Coordinate with government bodies for approvals and compliance tracking

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Drafting, Architecture, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in 3D modeling for industrial/hazardous facilities (OMC experience preferred)
• Expertise in: AutoCAD 3D, Revit, 3DS Max (or similar)
• Must have: Knowledge of explosives/petroleum safety standards
• Strong portfolio showcasing industrial 3D projects
• Organized, proactive, and skilled in project management
