FonGrow Pvt Ltd is looking for a Chilli Expert with strong experience in chilli farming. The candidate will help farmers grow better crops and improve their harvest.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Guide farmers on soil, irrigation, and fertilization for chilli crops
• Recommend the best hybrid and high-yield chilli varieties
• Help manage pests and diseases
• Advise on drying, storing, and post-harvest practices
• Train field staff on modern farming methods
• Work with R&D to improve chilli quality and yield
• Suggest market-friendly chilli types

🎓 Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Plant Science (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of chilli farming experience
• Knowledge of hybrid seeds, organic methods, and pest control
• Experience working with farmers or agri-companies
• Willing to travel to farms

💼 Skills Needed:

• Problem-solving for crop issues
• Understanding of modern and precision farming
• Good communication in local language and English
