🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Fuel Station Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Leading and mentoring a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service
- Building long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and growth
- Managing inventory, machinery, and site infrastructure to ensure high operational standards
- Supporting marketing and promotional efforts to increase customer engagement
- Ensuring strict compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) protocols
- Handling day-to-day accounting and financial transactions with accuracy
- Providing performance insights and reports to senior leadership
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
🎓 Who We’re Looking For
- Education: Minimum Graduate (BBA or BCom preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years in Accounts, Admin, or Branch Operations with proven supervisory skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail and a service-focused mindset
