Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead international market expansion and business development activities.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with global clients and buying houses.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Set and manage sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams in merchandising, development, and production to exceed customer expectations.
• Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and meetings.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve peak performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in sales & marketing within the textile and apparel industry.
• Advanced understanding of export markets, especially US and EU retail brands.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in CRM tools, marketing analytics, and business development strategies.
• MBA in Marketing or a degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
