Gerry’s International is hiring an Assistant Manager Sales for our Sales Team – North, based in Lahore. The selected candidate will lead our sales efforts and support business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the national sales team to meet sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Manage revenue, profit, and costs while developing go-to-market strategies.
- Find new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong leadership abilities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–6 years of work experience in the freight industry (required)
