Management Trainee Officer – Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of sales strategies to increase product availability, market share, and volume growth.
• Supervision of Order Bookers to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identification and execution of marketing opportunities within outlet, fostering in-store branding to grab customer attention, converting into sales.
• Coaching Order Bookers to ensure sufficient stock levels of all SKUs at outlet level and that stock is properly merchandised on Shelves/Racks and Coolers.
• Performing regular market visits to check performance of Order Bookers as well as to identify market development & conversion opportunities.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate sales records, reports, and documentation for analysis and decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors / Masters in Business Administration.
• Fresh – 1 year experience
