🧾 Position Details

• Job Title: Environmental Management System Associate – P1
• Location: HNR Company (Pvt.) Ltd., 19.5-KM, Raiwind Road, Lahore
• Department: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
• Experience Required: 1–2 years
• Education: BSc in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As an EMS Associate, your role will be pivotal in aligning environmental objectives with organizational strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and implementing the EMS-OHS (Environmental Management System – Occupational Health & Safety) policy.
• Ensuring that EMS-OHS objectives meet the strategic goals of the organization and are evaluated periodically.
• Integrating EMS-OHS requirements across all product and operational processes.
• Communicating environmental priorities and requirements to all relevant stakeholders within the organization.
• Identifying and mitigating EMS-OHS-related risks and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Conducting regular aspect and impact analysis within planned intervals.
• Collaborating with the HSE department for maintaining the legal compliance register.
• Coordinating with PSQCA for all product certifications.
• Liaising with Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) for obtaining and renewing NOCs and fulfilling legal obligations.
• Managing the process to secure new NOCs in accordance with organizational upgrades.
