Eligibility Criteria

While specific criteria for the 2025 program have not been released, previous programs have typically required:​

• A Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to be based at the Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Islamabad,
• Machike, and Mehmoodkot or other company locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• A monthly stipend ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000, depending on the role and location.
