Job Summary:

The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising Executive Supply Chain staff deployed across Deras and procurement centers within the designated region. The role involves oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient procurement processes, maintaining inventory control, and driving compliance with organizational standards. The Cluster Manager will play a critical role in implementing strategic supply chain plans and supporting HBL Zarai’s growth objectives in the region.
This position is based in Sahiwal, Gujranwala, and Bahawalpur.

Expectations:

• Supervise and guide Executive Supply Chain staff at Deras and procurement hubs within the cluster.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and reporting.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure transparency, compliance, and timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align cluster operations with broader supply chain goals.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across procurement centers in the region.
• Provide data-driven insights to the Senior Manager Supply Chain for decision-making.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of team members and ensure skill development.
• Monitor inventory levels and quality at storage points; report variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as a focal point for issue resolution within the region regarding supply chain matters.
• Ensure regional operations are in line with sustainability, traceability, and cost-efficiency goals.

Prerequisites:

Academics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or agri-operations; experience in agri-based roles preferred.

Competencies:

• Strong team management and leadership skills with regional or multi-location oversight experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel within and across the region as required.
