Senior Officer – Manager, General Affairs Department – Islamabad
This dynamic role involves managing documentation, controlling expenses, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining administrative systems across the branch. While playing a key role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring the smooth functioning of the bank:
- Supervise and manage office administration, facility operations, and security.
- Ensure efficient procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document control.
- Coordinate travel, schedule meetings, and support HR with staff-related matters.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage service contracts.
- Create and analyze reports on expenses, budgets, and administrative operations.
Incumbent should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field with solid expertise in administration matters
- Applicants with Chinese Language skills will be given priority (HSK 3 or higher)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, facility management, vendor oversight, and compliance enforcement
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to coordinate with LEAs, Government agencies and supervise administrative staff, optimize workflows, and drive operational efficiency
- Proficient in budget planning, expense control, and preparing analytical reports and presentations for senior management
