Manager – Underwriting
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for overall underwriting operations of the Multan zone in line with the underwriting guidelines of the company;
- To prepare quotations, covernotes and policies within TATs;
- Review of policies and endorsement entries of subordinates and other operational staff;
- Generating renewal process for all-lines one month before expiry;
- Keep a follow up of outstanding cover notes for their timely conversion;
- To ensure compliance with AML/CFT rules and regulation;
- Review and look after direct and co-followers outstanding recoveries;
- Preparing monthly MIS for monitoring the business productivity;
- To attend & resolve customer complaints and queries;
- Any other operation related assignment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Masters/Preferably ACII &/or other professional qualification;
- Minimum experience of 03-05 years
- Proficient in MS Office
- Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
