Manager – Underwriting

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for overall underwriting operations of the Multan zone in line with the underwriting guidelines of the company;
• To prepare quotations, covernotes and policies within TATs;
• Review of policies and endorsement entries of subordinates and other operational staff;
• Generating renewal process for all-lines one month before expiry;
• Keep a follow up of outstanding cover notes for their timely conversion;
• To ensure compliance with AML/CFT rules and regulation;
• Review and look after direct and co-followers outstanding recoveries;
• Preparing monthly MIS for monitoring the business productivity;
• To attend & resolve customer complaints and queries;
• Any other operation related assignment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Masters/Preferably ACII &/or other professional qualification;
• Minimum experience of 03-05 years
• Proficient in MS Office
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
