Manager – Underwriting
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for overall underwriting operations of the Multan zone in line with the underwriting guidelines of the company.
- To prepare quote slips, covernotes and policies within TATs.
- Review of policies and endorsement entries of subordinates and other operational staff.
- Generating renewal process for all lines one month before expiry.
- Keep a follow-up of outstanding cover notes for their timely conversion.
- To ensure compliance with AML/CFT rules and regulations.
- Review and look after direct and co-followers outstanding recoveries.
- Preparing monthly MIS for monitoring the business productivity.
- To attend & resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Any other operational-related assignment.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Masters/Preferably ACII &/or other professional qualification;
- Minimum experience of 03–05 years
- Proficient in MS Office
- Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
