Banquet Sales Manager

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

3–5 Years of relevant experience in the field

LOCATION

Islamabad Marriott Hotel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide personalized service to clients throughout the event planning process.
• Liaise with banquet operations, kitchen, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Prepare and review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in coordination with the Events team.
• Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline using the hotel’s CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Forecast revenues and track budget compliance.
