We are hiring a Production Officer/Engineer to manage and supervise production activities on the assigned line. The role involves daily operations, workforce management, quality checks, safety compliance, and minimizing waste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production activities on the line.
• Achieve target production with minimal waste.
• Manage and assign workforce efficiently.
• Ensure safe and proper equipment usage.
• Check raw materials and product quality.
• Coordinate with engineering for fault repairs.
• Enter data in SAP (materials and production).
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and company policies.
• Train and motivate team members.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of production operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Teamwork and presentation skills
