K-Electric (KE), a leading power utility in Pakistan, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the role of Manager Reading and Inspection at its Industrial IBC. Job Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of meter readings and the effective implementation of billing SOPs for general consumers. The role involves resolving billing complaints, managing new non-schemed connections, replacing faulty meters, installing various meter types, and driving sales performance to meet annual targets. This position also requires a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and strict compliance with HSEQ standards, company policies, and departmental guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely meter readings and effective bill distribution.
• Resolve billing-related issues and facilitate new non-schemed connections.
• Replace faulty meters and supervise the installation of diverse metering systems.
• Drive initiatives to achieve annual sales and service performance targets.
• Promote compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards.
• Uphold organizational policies while enhancing consumer satisfaction.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in utility or similar sectors

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of consumer handling and complaint resolution
• Expertise in data analysis, performance metrics, and cost analysis
• Working knowledge of SAP modules and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with relevant business laws and industry regulations (preferred)
