Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer support services is preferred.

Role Purpose

This position plays a vital role in coordinating student support programs, activities, and services to foster a positive and inclusive campus environment. The Learning Facilitator ensures seamless delivery of services that enable students to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Support: Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to elevate the quality of student services.
• Academic Coordination: Work closely with academic advisors and counselors to provide comprehensive assistance to students.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily class progress reports to the immediate supervisor.
• Communication: Ensure timely communication of class schedules, rescheduling, and make-up class information.
• Guidance & Navigation: Assist students, parents, and visitors in accessing university services and resources.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve student concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ongoing Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with students to answer inquiries and offer guidance.
• Registration Support: Guide new and continuing students through program registration processes.
• Follow-Up: Track and follow up with prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between students, faculty, counselors, and parents.
• Attendance Management: Provide faculty members with attendance sheets for submission.
