Head of Artificial Intelligence
Lead AI strategy and implementation, driving innovative, scalable solutions across functions.
Role Description:
- Lead the development and execution of the AI roadmap aligned with corporate objectives and digital transformation priorities.
- Oversee the deployment of AI/ML solutions across business domains such as predictive analytics, customer intelligence, process automation, and demand forecasting.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, and frameworks.
- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, chatbots, and intelligent process automation as per use case.
- Monitor and optimize performance of AI models in production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from IT, data, manufacturing, sales, HR, and operations to identify, assess, and deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Champion research initiatives and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) in AI/ML, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI to foster continuous innovation.
- Lead AI tool assessment, cloud onboarding, and strategic tech partnerships.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
- 8–10 years in AI/ML development and deployment.
