Master Motor is looking for a motivated Project Trainee – Data Analyst to join our HR Department

Duration: 3 Months
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • The ideal candidate should have expertise in Data Analysis & Processing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Experience with Data Visualization is necessary.

  • Knowledge of Python Programming is essential.

  • Familiarity with MySQL is preferred.

  • Experience using Power BI is an asset.

  • Experience with Tableau is a plus.

  • Project Management skills are important.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze and process HR data to find trends and insights.

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations for HR metrics.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve data management workflows.

  • Assist with project management tasks related to data analytics.
