MCB Islamic Bank is looking for Branch Managers in multiple cities.
📍 Locations:
Karachi, Hyderabad, Badin, Faisalabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Sargodha, Sialkot, Dinga, Rawalpindi, Islamabad
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized) required
- Postgraduate or MBA preferred
💼 Experience:
- At least 5 years of banking experience
- 1+ year in a managerial role
- Knowledge of Islamic banking is a plus
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch targets in deposits, loans, profit, and trade finance
- Grow business by building strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with SBP, KYC/AML, and internal policies
- Train and guide branch staff to improve performance
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent service
- Monitor and review branch operations and audits
