Candidates selected will play a central role in shaping customer-centric processes, developing Shariah-compliant products, and maintaining robust regulatory compliance frameworks.
Available Positions:
✅ Wing Head – Central Processing Unit (AVP/VP)
Lead the processing and administration of Islamic banking products and services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role requires strong expertise in Islamic retail banking, excellent knowledge of AML/CFT guidelines, and the ability to drive operational efficiencies across functions.
✅ Unit Head – Transformation (OG-I/AVP)
Design and implement transformation strategies for Islamic banking products and processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of SBP instructions, IFRS standards, and Islamic banking frameworks to develop innovative solutions and process improvements.
✅ Pool Officer – Refinance & SBP Reporting (OG-II/OG-I)
Manage refinance pools, regulatory reporting, and compliance activities with accuracy and timeliness. This position involves close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including Shariah compliance teams and regulators.
