Position: Relationship Manager – OG III (Retail Banking)


Place of Posting

Successful candidates may be posted in any of the following cities:
Abbottabad, Gujranwala, Jhelum, Karachi, Kharan, Lahore, Quetta, Qila Saifullah, Zhob


Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Candidates with a Master’s degree will be given preference.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 27 years as of the last date of application submission.

Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant banking or sales experience.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager at NBP, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily customer visits and portfolio growth (Conventional & Islamic Banking).
  • Achieving deposit and cross-sell targets.
  • Creating and analyzing customer-specific product plans.
  • Ensuring timely customer service resolution and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Supporting customer onboarding and activation of digital products.
  • Participating in market outreach activities.
  • Maintaining high service standards and shariah compliance in Islamic branches.


Essential Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and sales management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and banking systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of banking products and local market dynamics.
