💼 Experience:
- 4 to 5 years in FMCG (beverages sector preferred)
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Develop audit plans based on risk areas and management input
- Lead and manage audit projects and teams
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with departments and ensure staff training
- Check policy compliance and enforce internal controls
- Review monthly KPIs and distributor targets
- Approve SAP updates and maintain the audit dashboard
- Analyze audit scores and suggest improvements
