Field Claim Officer – (Q.A., Plant)

Location: Faisalabad

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field inspections to assess quality issues and determine their validity.
• Investigate, document, and manage customer claims and defects.
• Ensure claimants receive fair treatment and excellent customer service with timely resolutions.
• Analyze and identify claim trends in field data for system improvement and fraud prevention.
• Work closely with the QA and Production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing or tire industry.
• A valid driving license is required for an extensive travel.
