Job Description:
PointofIT is hiring Calling Agents to join its international sales team. If you have great English communication skills and enjoy working in sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential U.S. customers
• Promote products/services and close sales
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets
• Record call details and outcomes in CRM
• Handle objections and follow up on leads

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking skills (neutral or U.S. accent preferred)
• Experience in call center or outbound sales is a plus
• Comfortable with night shift (aligned with U.S. Pacific Time)
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
• Must have a stable internet connection and quiet work setup (if working from home)
