Power Cement Limited is hiring a Civil Supervisor. The role involves supervising construction, earthwork, finishing, and maintenance activities at the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction work on-site.
• Monitor installation work and ensure it meets drawings and safety standards.
• Oversee roof waterproofing using PU, asphalt membranes, and screed.
• Ensure quality in finishing tasks like ceilings, painting, tiling, plastering, and glass work.
• Coordinate with labor, subcontractors, and engineers to solve problems.
• Make sure safety and environmental rules are followed.
• Be able to work at heights and travel to nearby project sites.
• Handle permits, bills, and ISO standard tasks.
• Arrange materials and keep track of usage.
• Manage multiple tasks and communicate well with workers.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:
5 to 7 years in industrial construction, especially finishing works.
Knowledge of waterproofing and hands-on labor management.
Familiar with MS Office and ERP systems.
