Job Responsibilities

🔹 Provide five-star service to internal and external customers.
🔹 Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
🔹 Handle reservations, ticketing, refunds, group sales, and trade/corporate account support.
🔹 Assist with sales administration, reports, and customer follow-ups.
🔹 Guide junior team members and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

✔ Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
✔ Experience: Minimum 1 year in reservations, ticketing, sales support, or related fields
✔ Skills:

• Fluent in English (secondary language is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of airline processes, GDS systems (Amadeus), and travel industry
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
