Minimum Requirements:

• Education: BSc (Hons) or MSc (Hons) in Food Science and Technology or Meat Science and Technology from a recognized university.
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in food industry quality assurance, particularly in the poultry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and implement food safety and quality protocols across processing areas.
• Conduct Quality Management Systems audits and deliver relevant training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and quality records.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
