✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong data management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data systems
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

🛠 Key Responsibilities

As a Research Associate, you will be a vital member of the ORIC team. Your core duties will include:

• Collecting, entering, and verifying research publication data submitted by UOL faculty via the Research Output Management System (ROMS)
• Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all uploaded records
• Safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of research documentation
• Coordinating with stakeholders to refine and validate research-related data
• Developing and maintaining a structured filing system—both physical and digital—for optimized data storage and retrieval
