📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support store teams in the area
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure store displays follow brand guidelines
• Train and motivate store staff
• Visit stores regularly and manage operations
• Report sales performance to senior management
