✅ Required Qualifications

  • ACCA (Qualified) or CMA (Qualified)

  • 10–12 years of relevant experience in a similar industry (corporate dairy or manufacturing preferred)

  • Expertise in farm economics, inventory management, and cost accounting

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities

  • Sound knowledge of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and local financial regulations

🛠 Core Responsibilities

The Senior Manager – Finance will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the dairy operations, including:

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards

  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models

  • Overseeing cost control strategies in areas such as feed, livestock management, and logistics

  • Managing cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure

  • Liaising with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities

  • Analyzing financial performance and supporting decision-making through actionable insights

  • Supervising finance team members to ensure reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

  • Coordinating with operations and procurement to align financial goals with production outcomes
