Job Responsibilities:

• Work with leaders to support business goals through HR solutions.
• Help with workforce planning, hiring, employee retention, and succession planning.
• Use HR data to provide useful insights to management.
• Support strategic planning and day-to-day business operations.
• Handle employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
• Organize training and development programs for staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with well-known companies.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
