Information Technology

Manager – System Administrator (AIX)
(Job Code 8429-01)

  • Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s (minimum 16 years of education) in Electronics/Telecom/Software/Computer Engineering with at least 4 years’ experience of system administration, SAN and backup administration and management support. PEC registration is mandatory.
  • Job Summary: To oversee Storage Area Network (SAN) backup infrastructure within SSGC, lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the integrity, availability, and security of SSGC database.


Legal & Estate Management

Deputy General Manager – Corporate

  • Qualification & Experience: LLB with 14 years of relevant experience and 5 years of Bar enrollment. Candidates having LLM will be preferred. Postgraduate diploma/diploma in corporate law will be considered as additional advantage.
  • Job Summary: Carry out activities required to ensure that the company and its undertakings are protected from any threat at law, provide timely legal services in corporate matters, ensure compliance with the company’s legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare responses to corporate lawsuits, charters and other government notices. Provide the legal opinion and draft legal documents as required by the user departments of SSGC.


Procurement

Lead Manager – Local Purchases & Vendor Management

  • Qualification & Experience: MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university with at least 04 years of relevant experience as a Functional / Team Lead. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage. Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is mandatory.
  • Job Summary: Support procurement of goods and services required from the local sources. Responsible to organize and manage procurement of materials/goods (specific items relating to meter management). Ensure procurement is managed from local purchase and vendors in compliance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) & SSGCL procurement policies and regulations.

Deputy Manager – Compliance

  • Qualification & Experience: MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage. Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is mandatory.
  • Job Summary: Assist in monitoring compliance with PPRA rules and SSGCL procurement policies within the procurement organization and outside the organization. Develop and implement compliance framework. Assist in minimizing procurement related risks, enforcing ethical practices, and safeguarding the integrity of procurement processes.

Deputy Manager (Tender Administration)

  • Qualification & Experience: MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage. Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is mandatory.
  • Job Summary: Ensure administration of tender processes in accordance with company procurement rules and PPRA rules. Responsible for tender issuance, tender opening and ensuring transparency in all tender-related activities. Also coordinate with concerned departments to facilitate the procurement process.

Deputy Manager – Tender Enquiry

  • Qualification & Experience: MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university with at least 4 years of experience. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage. Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is mandatory.
  • Job Summary: Coordinate with internal users, prepare draft Press Clipping (for Press Tenders only), float Press Tender/IFT, evaluate and prequalify suppliers/vendors, finalize tender documents, etc. Responsible to ensure fair and transparent procurement.

Deputy Manager – Records, Archive Management

  • Job Summary: Oversee and maintain procurement archives, ensure accuracy, retrievability, and confidentiality. Develop and maintain effective record management policies and procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Assistant Manager – Local Purchases

  • Qualification & Experience: MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university with at least 2 years of experience. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage. Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is preferred.
  • Job Summary: Assist in evaluation and scrutiny of case files after bid opening and preparing of commercial evaluation reports for management approval. Responsible for placement of purchase orders within the validity time of bids and delivery period. Obtain necessary approval from management.

Assistant Manager – SPM

  • Qualification & Experience: MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university with at least 2 years of experience. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage. Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is preferred.
  • Job Summary: Assist Manager SPM in all SCM-related activities including preparing supplier evaluation reports, analysis through MIS, vendor onboarding, monitoring supplier performance, and managing vendor records in Oracle database-ERP.

Assistant Manager – Imports

  • Job Summary: Assist in import planning, supplier search and dealing with matters related to procurement of goods from international vendors. Ensure compliance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) & other procurement rules and regulations.
