• Job Type: Construction-related HR role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee attendance and leave records
• Handle payroll processing accurately and efficiently
• Perform full and final settlements as per company policies

Requirements:

• Qualification: BBA/MBA or a related field
• Experience: 4 to 5 years in HR operations
• Must be proficient in Time Trax software and advanced Microsoft Excel
