About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to join their project delivery team. This role is perfect for a professional with strong technical writing and presentation skills, particularly within the construction or engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive and technically sound method statements, specifications, and procedural documentation.
• Develop polished, visually impactful PowerPoint presentations and tender materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, planning, design) and external stakeholders (consultants, subcontractors) to gather accurate technical data.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and project documentation in line with compliance and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain digital records of all technical documents and project updates.
• Support project teams in client presentations, meetings, and technical submissions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or documentation within the construction or engineering industries.
• Strong technical writing skills, especially in creating method statements and project deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to create professional, high-quality presentations and technical documents.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
• Chinese or Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Open to all nationalities.
