Position: Territory Sales Executive

About the Role:
Mezan is seeking experienced and motivated Territory Sales Executives to join our fast-growing team in key regions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in the FMCG sector, driving sales growth and ensuring effective market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the Secondary Sales System, ensuring that the route team is fully trained and aligned with company objectives.
- Drive account and market development activities consistently to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
- Supervise and guide PSOs, SMOs, and SDMs, ensuring all team members perform their duties effectively in accordance with their job descriptions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or trade marketing, preferably within FMCG.
- Minimum graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Effectiveness principles.
- Skills in effective route management and team leadership.
