Required Profile:

• BBA/BS degree in Marketing, Merchandising, or Textile Science.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:

The Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end order execution, coordinating sample dispatches, managing accessory procurement, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with production, QA, and export teams to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in purchase order (PO) details, shipment instructions, and system updates.
• Coordinate with production, product development (PD), and quality assurance (QA) for timely sampling and dispatch.
• Collaborate with PD to manage and dispatch samples such as strike-offs, top samples, gold samples, and pre-production (PP) samples.
• Handle accessory data including pricing, availability, PO stickers, and reference codes before production.
• Liaise with stitching, export, and procurement departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Generate and update weekly order status reports for customers.
• Prepare store issue requisitions (SIRs) as per purchase orders and forecasts.
• Conduct random sample inspections and lab coordination for SOP compliance.
