• Prepare service department reports and presentations.
• Review and plan activities to enhance business operations within the service department.
• Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in evaluating departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with principals via email communication.​

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
