The University of Sargodha, Sargodha is inviting applications from Pakistani nationals for various trainer positions on a per lecture/hour basis under its E-Rozgaar Training Center. Positions are available in the domains of Graphic Design (UI/UX), E-Commerce (Shopify/Amazon), Content Marketing, SEO & Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Virtual Assistance & Office Automation, Video Editing & Animations, Digital Content Creation (YouTube Automation), WordPress/Web Development, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cyber Security/Python. Each post requires a minimum of 16 years of education in fields such as Computer Science, Management, Social Sciences, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution (local or foreign). Candidates must also have at least 2 years of professional experience in freelancing or direct client service, with preference given to those with teaching or training experience. The age limit is 45 years.

Responsibilities include conducting daily lectures, teaching students about freelancing and proposal writing, managing student profiles on freelancing portals, designing and delivering course content, taking assessments, and submitting reports detailing student success stories. Trainers are also expected to conduct awareness sessions, prepare course outlines, and participate in events. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include student earnings, freelancing activity, and class retention.

Applicants must submit the prescribed application form, downloadable from www.su.edu.pk, along with a complete CV, attested copies of testimonials, and two passport-size photos. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,500 must be deposited in the designated HBL account of the University. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. The hiring is for a one-year period, extendable based on performance and institutional needs.
