Position 1: Internal Audit Officer (Stock Counts – Gate Pass Activities)

Location: Landhi, Karachi
Education: Intermediate or Graduation
Experience: At least 1 year

Job Duties:

Gate Pass Activities:

• Check gate passes and local sales according to SOP.
• Match gate pass details with physical items and authorization.
• Confirm payments and approvals before releasing gate passes.
• Monitor CCTV footage (live and previous day).
• Report findings and improvements to the team lead.

Stock Count Activities:

• Conduct stock counts as per the plan.
• Report issues found during counting.
• Help improve inventory control processes.

Position 2: Assistant Manager – Finance (Processing Accounts)

Location: Landhi, Karachi
Education: Graduate (Finance/Accounting preferred)
Experience: At least 3 years

Job Duties:

• Estimate and report fuel and utility costs.
• Finalize utility-related accounts and trial balances.
• Share monthly utility budgets.
• Prepare cost allocations and accounting entries.
• Create detailed cost reports (machine, department, etc.).
• Keep utility and fuel usage records.
• Handle utility payments and petty cash.
• Monitor utility stores and water usage.
• Assist with board presentations.
• Help with OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
