Experience:
Min 05 years relevant sales experience FMCG only

Qualification:
Master/Graduate Degree from HEC recognized

Required Skills:
Understanding of sales operations, Analytical Skills, Adaptability, Team Leadership, Communication & influencing skills.

What does this position do:

• Responsible for achieving volume and numeric targets of the Zone.
• Ensure through regular market visit that all trade schemes are being passed on to retailers as per SOP.
• Coach Territory Managers, Customer Sales Force & Merchandisers by accompanying them in market.
• Motivating and leading team in way to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
